WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure the efficient delivery of projects, services, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across technology, hardware, and project delivery functions.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.

Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.

Monitor departmental budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.

Lead, mentor, and support staff while driving high performance across operational teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Prepare operational reports and provide performance insights to senior management.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably within the technology, engineering, or related industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Excellent financial, budgeting, and resource management skills.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
