Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calling and networking. Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs. Prepare and coordinate tender proposals with in-house teams, including the estimators, designers, and project managers in accordance with risk, technical and commercial guidelines. Develop and grow marketing and capability documentation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders/clients, peers and colleagues. Demonstrated ability in sales lead generation and database management. Ability to develop detailed understanding of the infrastructure/utilities services market, its customers, and the competitive landscape.
